"Get the Cell Out" Neighborhood Meeting - Monday 11/15 @ 7PM

You are invited to a neighborhood meeting this coming Monday, November 15th from 7-8pm at 5501 Willis Avenue (same location as last meeting).

This meeting will be a report of our findings, current status, and our next plans of action in our fight against the Cell Tower installation.

Please bring a lawn chair as available seating is limited. We thank Gaye Nelson and Rick Gallavan for graciously hosting this event in their home!

CITY OF LA, PLEASE INVESTIGATE T-MOBILE & BMS ENGINEERING

T-Mobile/BMS Communications LIED to the City by NOT notifying us as required. Work began without the required notice to residents, stripping us of our right to voice our opposition and appeal this project.

T-Mobile/BMS started work in our area with an unmarked construction site with no signs, or notices of the work. No numbers were posted for additional information.

Residents thought the jobsite was a street repair project until we discovered it was a Cell Tower on November 2nd, 2010.

Since then we have learned that T-Mobile/BMS Communications failed to follow the required AGF Permit Process by deceiving the City Bureau of Engineering.

T-Mobile/BMS hired Link Engineering Inc. to work in our neighborhood, putting our community at risk with their professional negligence. We have called Paul Krekorian, LA Dept of Building and Safety, and LA Public Works - we have not gotten the help we need.

We ask that BMS Communications/T-Mobile be investigated for failure to follow proper process.
